Display / screen issues are not covered under warranty, including Green Line, White Line, and Pink Line defects.

Physical damage, water damage, or if the device has been opened or tampered with by another technician will void the warranty entirely.

Battery, charger, cable, and all other accessories are excluded from warranty coverage.

Software issues or problems caused by user error, third-party app conflicts, or incorrect usage are not covered.

The original bill or warranty card is mandatory for any warranty claim. Claims without valid proof of purchase will not be entertained.

Repair or replacement under warranty will be provided solely at the shop's discretion and in accordance with shop policy.

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It cannot be transferred to any third party.

Sales & Purchase

  • Please inspect the device thoroughly before leaving the store. Post-sale complaints regarding cosmetic damage will not be entertained.

Repair Services

  • Repair estimates are provided before work begins. You must approve the estimate before any repair is initiated.
  • PhoneXpress Lakhipur is not responsible for data loss during repair. Customers must back up their data before submitting a device.
  • Repair timelines are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability and workload.
  • Devices not collected within 30 days of repair completion may be subject to a storage fee or disposal.
  • Some repairs may void the original manufacturer's warranty. Customers will be informed before proceeding.
  • In rare cases where a device is irreparable, a diagnostic fee may still apply.

Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made in full before the device is returned or collected.
  • We accept cash, UPI, and other digital payment modes. Payments once made are non-refundable except in documented error cases.
  • All prices include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
  • In case of a billing dispute, the matter must be raised at the time of payment. Post-payment disputes may not be entertained.

Liability & Limitations

  • PhoneXpress Lakhipur shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues in a device that are discovered during repair.
  • Our liability for any defective product is limited to replacement or repair, at our sole discretion.
  • We do not guarantee that any repair will permanently resolve all issues with a device.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information about the device issue at the time of submission.
  • Customers are responsible for removing any SIM card, memory card, or personal accessories before submitting the device.
  • Customers must keep their job card/receipt safe and present it while collecting the device.
  • Any dispute must be raised within 7 days of receiving the device back from service.

Amendments & Governing Law

  • PhoneXpress Lakhipur reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goalpara, Assam.
  • If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
